Shipping policy

How We Ship

We roast every Sunday in Oakland, CA and ship Monday morning. That means your coffee is never more than a few days from the roaster when it leaves us.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders over $49 (contiguous US).
Orders under $49 ship at a flat rate of $5.99.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground depending on your location.

Order Cutoff

Orders placed by Saturday at midnight PT ship the following Monday. Orders placed Sunday or Monday ship the next Monday roast cycle.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us at hi@flowerandmoon.coffee.

International Shipping

We don't currently ship outside the United States. We're working on it.
