Refund policy
The First-Bag Guarantee
We stand behind every batch. We know the quality, we know the taste, and we're confident you'll love it too. Still, the first cup is a personal thing, so we want you to try ours with complete peace of mind. If your first bag isn't for you, let us know within 30 days and we'll refund it.
The terms, plainly:
- Applies to your first bag as a new customer. It's a trial, so it's available once.
- Covers the cost of one bag. Order as many as you like, and the guarantee refunds a single bag.
- Just reach out within 30 days of your order.
- Shipping isn't included in the refund.
Returns
Because coffee is a perishable product, we don't accept returns of opened bags. The first-bag guarantee covers taste and satisfaction — it's handled as a refund, and nothing needs to come back. For orders that arrived damaged or with the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. We'll confirm by email when the refund is processed.
Subscriptions
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after a charge has processed will take effect on the following cycle — we're unable to refund subscription charges that have already shipped.
